Health care programs for Japanese multinational companies
For Japanese multinational companies, Mediverse provides both long-term health care programs and preventive check-ups in line with the employee safety and health provisions applying to Japanese companies. Our comprehensive preventive care is inspired by the Japanese approach to health care known as “Ningen Dock”. A single point of contact lets us deliver a consistent standard of service to companies operating in several European countries, making health program administration easier for employers.

Statutory health check-ups in line with Article 44 of Japan's Industrial Safety and Health Act, including an assessment of employees' overall health and of any health issues that may be related to their work.
Fully tailored scope of the medical check-up
Complete customization of the medical check-up and prevention program to your company's needs, priorities, and preferences. Based on the job positions involved, we recommend a suitable program setup and align it with common market practice.
Extended screening and the Ningen Dock 人間ドック approach
A comprehensive medical examination and an approach inspired by the Ningen Dock concept. A more thorough examination building on the annual preventive check-up, covering imaging and ultrasound examinations, oncological screening, cardiology examinations, and further specialist consultations.
Organizing specialized medical examinations, sports medicine, and psychological support
We organize and coordinate specialized medical examinations with a scope designed for sports competitions, reality shows, and film productions. Comprehensive examinations and the preparation of participants also include psychological support and the option of a psychologist intervening during the competition.
Alongside this specialist care, we also provide the related professional services, such as the overall logistics of organizing the examinations, reporting, and expert consultations for the organizers.

The study is based on responses from 96 employers and provides an overview of current trends, tax considerations, and practical recommendations for structuring effective benefits programs. In 2026, we are conducting a similar survey among leading employers in Slovakia.
